Recently we were asked to inspect a property in a Perth Suburb. It had recently been inspected by another Perth inspection company who had reported that there was “no termite activity in the subfloor”.
As you can see from the images below, we found 2 termite nests in the subfloor, as well as damage to a framing timber and to ceiling frame timber.
